The Destination Wedding Experience

James proposed to Stephanie in Disneyland in Orlando, Florida, and shortly after, they contacted us to plan their magical, Frozen inspired Disney wedding. A few months later, Stephanie and James, a charming couple from Texas, were married in Norway, surrounded by family and close friends. The sun shone as James, along with family and friends, waited for Stephanie to walk down to our beautiful fjord-side ceremony venue. It was hard for some of us to hold back tears as Stephanie and James stood side-by-side, ready to say "I do."

James and Stephanie exchanged vows and rings and tied the knot with an ancient Norse handfasting tradition. After the symbolic wedding ceremony, the newlyweds raised their glasses with family and friends, cut the wedding cake, and enjoyed a fjord-side charcuterie BBQ lunch with vegetarian options.

After lunch, the happy couple embarked on an SUV photoshoot adventure, visiting stunning viewpoints and taking amazing photos with the fjords and snow-capped mountaintops as their backdrop. They had their first dance on the mountain in typical Disney fashion with the two mothers joining in. Following the photoshoot, the newlyweds and their family visited a Viking restaurant where they enjoyed delicious food and drinks and shared their first dance as husband and wife.

Aurland, Norway, in May is simply stunning and an amazing spot for weddings and elopements. The spring vibes come alive with flowers blooming and greenery all around, making it super romantic and perfect for unforgettable wedding photos. The weather is generally mild, so couples can enjoy outdoor ceremonies with those gorgeous fjord views without freezing like they would in winter. Aurland’s breathtaking cliffs and calm waters create a magical backdrop that celebrates your love. This beautiful destination isn’t just about a memorable day; it sets the stage for countless cherished memories in one of the most beautiful places on the planet.
