Payment Policy

We require a 1 000 NOK deposit to secure your date and price deal for dates over one year. The deposit increases to 10% one year from event date. The 60% retainer is due 30 days before the event date and the final 30% is due on the event date.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

+1 year: 1 000 NOK cancellation fee.

30 days - 1 year: 10% cancellation fee. No reschedule fee. Possible new date price adjustment. Date changes subject to availability and limited to 24 months change. Rescheduling is limited to one time per booking. Third party suppliers may have different rescheduling rules.

14 - 29 days: 10% cancellation fee. Reschedule fee 4 000 NOK. Possible new date price adjustment. Date changes subject to availability and limited to 24 months change. Rescheduling is limited to one time per booking. Third party suppliers may have different rescheduling rules.

1 - 13 days: 50% cancellation fee. Reschedule fee 10 000 NOK. Possible new date price adjustment. Date changes subject to availability and limited to 24 months change. Rescheduling is limited to one time per booking. Third party suppliers may have different rescheduling rules.
