The Destination Wedding Experience

Kathi and Marvin traveled to Norway for their destination elopement. The day began on a mountaintop with perfect weather conditions for both the ceremony and the photos. Marvin stood with Eva, our symbolic celebrant, and waited for Kathi's arrival. Marvin looked sharp in his blue suit, and Kathi wore a beautiful white dress. They held hands as Eva conducted the ceremony.

They affirmed their love and commitment to one another with a Norse handfasting ritual. Norse handfasting is an ancient wedding ritual where a couple's hands are bound together to symbolize their union and commitment. This ceremony often incorporates elements from Norse mythology and traditions, making it a deeply meaningful way to celebrate love and partnership. They then exchanged wedding rings, symbolizing an unending bond of love and commitment between them.

After the intimate ceremony, it was time for wedding cake, a toast, and the photoshoot. During the photoshoot, we also used a drone for added perspectives. With such amazing weather conditions, the pictures were stunning and will be cherished for years to come.
